I told the service rep that I did not want the air cleaner filter checked. The last the time I brought my GMC Terrain to you someone stripped the screws hold my air cleaner housing unit together. So I would just as soon check it myself. And I was more than surprised when the service rep called saying my vehicle's air filter was dirty. I told the service that I had just changed the air filter the day before. He went out and personally checked it and called back to apologize. Additionally when I came to the dealership to pick up my vehicle I noticed on my bill that there was an estimate for changing an air filter of $116. $116 to change an air filter? Come on. Your service reps and tecs are incompetent. Plus it seems you are into price gouging.

Overall this worked well. However, I don't get the feeling that you have a recognized "wait" for those who just need a routine LOF service. I'll try again and see how that goes. (2) I don't think your on-line appointment forms gather the VIN. It should. If that had been available, then serviced advisors could have checked for recalls *before* I ever arrived and advised that it would take a few hours to do all that work. In dealerships where I've worked, we had that ability and used it to ensure that the customer knew in advance how long the visit would take.

If I hadn't walked by the garage to get some information from my spare tire while the vehicle was in the air, my vehicle would not have gotten lubricated . I asked the tech how many lube points were there and he said he didn't know because he hadn't lubed it and it was not on the ticket to lube. (The vehicle was in for a lube, oil, and filter.)

Dropped my car off for and oil change and tire rotation.. I NEVER leave the site but since I had other errands to do I advised the lady I would be dropping off, she said it was perfectly ok. She had me fill out a paper with MY NAME, PHONE NUMBER and had me sign it and STATED I WILL GIVE YOU A CALL ONCE YOUR CAR IS READY.. Tell me why 3 hours pass and yet no call, so I started to wonder I headed to the dealer just to find out dealership was CLOSED and my car parked right outside… I WAS FURIOUS, I seen that there was someone walking around in the sales department so I went up and asked who was able to help me get my car back, and he stated he didn’t know anything about the service department, and I stated can I please speak to a manager or supervisor just for him to tell me they were out of town.. I let him know what happened and that that was my only car, and I would have no transportation to get to work the next day and he said YOU ARE NOT THE FIRST… You mean to tell me dealership has done this multiple times and yet manages to still mess up. I left the dealership since apparently nobody knew nothing and there was no one to help me, but if I were there to purchase a car there would’ve been enough people and been helping me like crazy… Next day comes, still no call to tell me my car is ready.. I miss work, have to find a ride to get to the dealership and finally get there, everyone is talking to each other no customers waiting in line, no cars backed up on the driveway, seemed like a slow morning but they still manage to not give me a call.. I let them know who I am and that Ive come to pick up my car since no one has been able to call me, just get a blank stare.. Finally someone helped me handed me my stuff, I let them know my situation and he was amazed by what happened and told me it was his day off the the day before so he clearly didn't know what had happened.. So apparently no one knows what they are doing at this dealership, I received THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The advisor Jesse is always kind and takes care of his customers. We met the service Manager Donnie and he was very professional and helpful with our questions and concerns. We have always had a great experience with this dealership. The GMC customer service representative on the other hand is terrible. They tell you they will call you back and never do, you call them more than 5 or 6 times to get resolution, and they do not respond then tell you they called the dealership to resolve a major issue with a truck you paid over 80k for, and you find out he did not call anyone.

I had a window regulator fail on my 2018 truck yesterday... it literally broke when I hit a bump in town and the window fell open - with several rain clouds circling above, and I am departing for a cross-country drive in a couple of days. As soon as I realized the window regulator was broken, the truck went straight to the dealership. Lori and the tech were able to get the truck in for a quick assessment, amazingly had the correct part on hand, and had the truck back operational and on the road within a couple of hours. I took my vehicle in. For an oil change. A transmission. Flush and oil change. I was switching to Amsoil. Which I had in my vehicle. Which I told the people when I called for appointment. And was set up. And the day I showed up. I told him the same thing. But they did not do it. They put their oil in and didn't flush the transmission. I was upset. So they said they would get it done in the afternoon. The right way? Which they have done. Which I think is poor communication gap. Between there. Office. And the mechanics that do the work.
