I took my vehicle in. For an oil change. A transmission. Flush and oil change. I was switching to Amsoil. Which I had in my vehicle. Which I told the people when I called for appointment. And was set up. And the day I showed up. I told him the same thing. But they did not do it. They put their oil in and didn't flush the transmission. I was upset. So they said they would get it done in the afternoon. The right way? Which they have done. Which I think is poor communication gap. Between there. Office. And the mechanics that do the work.

Outstanding support and service! Lori West and the service technicians are always great to work with. I had a window regulator fail on my 2018 truck yesterday... it literally broke when I hit a bump in town and the window fell open - with several rain clouds circling above, and I am departing for a cross-country drive in a couple of days. As soon as I realized the window regulator was broken, the truck went straight to the dealership. Lori and the tech were able to get the truck in for a quick assessment, amazingly had the correct part on hand, and had the truck back operational and on the road within a couple of hours. Lori's professionalism and friendliness always make these unexpected vehicle issues less stressful - thank you!

The repairs were completed (Recall). I have no idea how long the repair was supposed to take but was told it would take about 1-2 hours. I waited for nearly 3 1/2 hours. They did offer me a ride at 8:30 am but at that point I was willing to wait. It was a very long wait. I asked for a quote on an oil change with PCV replacement and was given a quote of over $300. We had purchased a $1,900 Service plan but found out that was not a "Maintenance" plan. Go figure. My wife and I felt "taken to the cleaners". The salesperson did not differentiate between Maintenance and Service. I'll take my maintenance elsewhere.

Lori and team were great! I was greeted professionally, asked follow-up questions about my previous service (to resolve some issues), the waiting area was clean a nice place to relax, and the service was done quickly. Not much more I could ask for!

They had a tire sale buy 2 get 2 free. I looked up the tires I got on Tire Rack they were 326.99 each. I paid 999.00 for 4 mounted and balanced with road hazard warranty. That's an unbeatable price and it only took an hour and a half.

Since I bought the chev eq in 2012 the dealership personnel has been excellent.

I like that I never have to worry taking my truck here. They've been servicing it since we bought it. I drop the truck off, get a ride from the shuttle, go to work, then they pick me up when it's ready. It's all very convenient. They always remind us when something is recommended, optional or something that needs more immediate attention. I've never felt pressured to do anything. Here we are almost five years and nearly 100k miles later....and we've had a pretty big repair covered by warranty and had to do no extra paperwork. The team took care of it all for us.

As always the staff, especially Gloria, was super nice and went out of the way to get our vehicle serviced and on the way home.

I had a great experience. This was for a CVT transmission drain and refill. Very important procedure and by doing this early I feel better about the automobile life history. The advisers and technicians answered all of my questions and concerns. Appreciate it!

I truly enjoy taking my 21 Chevy Colorado to get serviced. Always a great experience.

The staff are super friendly. The main problem is have with my service is the damage of the screws and brackets that hold the filters in place. The techs are using pneumatic tools on screws that only require a simple screw driver. The screws are now stripped and the brackets are cracked and one broken.

I had 3 questions for the service advisor when I dropped my truck off for its 1st oil change. 1. How much will this cost? 2. Who was my salesperson? 3. What kind of oil is needed, and what is the interval? All were answered with " I don't know" I would suggest in the future maybe saying. " Let me find out, and I will give you a call back". All of this happened in the first 2 minutes of check in. Made me a little apprehensive to hand over my truck key.

I took my GMC Yukon Denali in for service then while checking the rear brakes, the pads were at 3%, the Cabin Filter and engine filter both needed changing, I advised the Service Advisor to do all that was needed. The rear brake pads needed changed and while trying to clean the rotors it was found that both were warped from heat. Both the Rotors were changed. Everything took over 7 hrs., the Service Advisor kept me advised as thing went along. I thanked Mechanic Montano for all her work.

I arrived for a service as scheduled. I informed them that I did not want the tire rotation as the tire store had just completed the process. The rotated the tires anyway. I also informed them of a couple odd sounds the vehicle is making. They were unfounded however driving the vehicle not long after picking it up the same sounds were there. I wasnt extremely please with the service reps in the lobby. It almost felt as if I was an inconvenience to them rather than a customer. I decided to give Cheverolet a shot at my business. Not overly thrilled so likely I won't be returning.

Jesse and Lori(she is my favorite service provider-very transparent, informative and caring) are professional, kept me updated, and ensured my 2016 Chevy Malibu was serviced right with open and honest recommendations + options moving forward. The team was transparent about what was needed, work done and price. I absolutely appreciate the estimate via text with estimated cost upfront before you even agree! I have had the utmost satisfaction in how they have cared for my car over many years. Truly appreciative!

As is usual, the staff of the maintenance department was professional, polite, and competent. Lorie West has been my maintenance advisor for years and is knowledgeable and helpful. She got my vehicle in for service promptly, explained the mechanic's report and what I was paying for and got me on my way. Thank you.

Honestly, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I brought my 2018 Silverado 3500HD in for a major service that cost over $1,200, and immediately afterward I had an oil leak and oil pressure warning. I was told the oil filter gasket had rolled and the oil change had to be redone. Later, I experienced a serious transmission issue where the truck would not go into drive or reverse, only to be told by the dealership that they ‘could not replicate the issue’ and found nothing wrong. What bothered me most was the lack of confidence and accountability throughout the process. When you bring in a heavy-duty truck that’s relied on daily, you expect thorough diagnostics and clear communication, not guesswork and repeated trips back. I understand mechanical issues happen, but the handling of the situation left me questioning the quality of the service and inspection process.

My appointment was at 0900 and I didn’t leave until after 1 PM, they told me when I arrived that it would be about 1-2 hours for them to put on my bed cover, no one came to update until it was almost ready, as a customer this was unacceptable and still got charged full price with no reduction for my time lost. Communication would have been greatly appreciated

Very friendly and helpful folks in the office. Truck was taken in right on time, waiting room was comfortable, available coffee, and the truck was done when they told us it would be. And to make it even better the first service on our truck was free! Very affordable!

Came in for a recall on our vehicle’s airbag. Instead of verifying our VIN before hand and ordering the parts needed. I had to drop it off expecting it to be completed only to be called 2 hours later that they will be ordering the part and will need to bring it in a different day.

The staff was great, personable and communicated well with me to make sure I stayed informed of the status of my vehicle. The maintenance team worked quickly to diagnose and fix the issues with my truck. This was my first experience with this dealership, and it was a great one.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, cabin and engine air filter change, and a brake check, but during the checks they found an issue with the water pump and were able to fix it that day. Although, it wasn't great to find the issue im glad they found it and took care of it the same day, before it turned into a bigger problem.
